Assistant De Venté is an AI-powered shopping assistant that helps you discover and compare products across UK, French, and German retailers.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are suggestions, not financial, legal, or professional advice. Always verify on the retailer's site.

4. Prices and availability

Prices and availability are pulled from third-party sources and are subject to change without notice. Cross-border purchases may incur VAT, customs duties, and shipping fees.

5. Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure. Your purchase price is not affected.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Don't submit abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don't manipulate the AI into producing harmful output.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and original content are owned by Assistant De Venté. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

11. Subscriptions, refunds & savings guarantee

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime via the customer portal. Payments are processed by Stripe.

30-day money-back refund: Request a refund within 30 days of your first Personal subscription payment.

£20 savings guarantee (Personal plan only):

• Available to new Personal subscribers in the first 30 days.
• Requires evidence of a tracked monthly shop of at least £100.
• You must add items to your watchlist.
• If tracked savings total less than £20 in 30 days, we refund 100% of your first month on request.
• One claim per customer. Requests via hello@assistantdevente.com within 35 days.
